AYou will need to uninstall PC Studio 3.0 or 3.1 (or earlier than 3.2 version), before downloading and installing 3.2 or above Even if the program is partially installed, you cannot “Live Update” it. You can download it from SamsungMobile.com

APlease make sure if you upgrade your phone using 3rd party software that it is authorised by Samsung. If it is not, it will void the warranty and could affect your ability to use SFC download services.

AThe IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique number, which every mobile phone has on its reverse side (when battery is removed). You can also find it by typing *#06# on the phone. This is typically a 15 digit number which is used to identify a valid subscriber. When registering, please take out the "/" slashes before typing in.
